1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Vikalp Trader software and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our software or services.

2. Software License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Vikalp Trader on your personal Windows device for trading analysis and execution. You may not reverse engineer, modify, distribute, or resell the software without our prior written consent.

3. Trading Risk Disclaimer

Trading in financial markets, including futures and options, involves substantial risk of loss. Vikalp Trader is a technology tool only and does not provide investment advice. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions and any resulting profits or losses.

4. Account and Broker Integration

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your broker credentials and API keys. We do not store your broker passwords or hold your funds. Any issues related to order execution should be directed to your broker.

5. Payments and Refunds

Subscription fees and payment terms are communicated during the onboarding process. All sales are final unless otherwise stated in writing.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vikalp Trader and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the software.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the software at any time for violation of these terms or any other reason deemed necessary.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Gujarat, India.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the software after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
