1. Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on all subscription plans (Monthly, Yearly, and Lifetime). If you are not satisfied with Vikalp Trader for any reason, you can request a full refund within 7 days of your purchase date. No questions asked.

2. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

Send an email to sunnyvanani@gmail.com from your registered email address
Include your order ID and reason for cancellation
Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
The refund will be credited to your original payment method

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are applicable under the following conditions:

Request is made within 7 days of purchase
The account has not violated our Terms of Service
For Lifetime plans, refund requests after 7 days will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis

4. Subscription Cancellation

You can cancel your Monthly or Yearly subscription at any time. Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for unused days after the 7-day guarantee period.

5. Exceptions

Refunds may not be granted if:

The 7-day guarantee period has expired
There is evidence of fraud or abuse
The account has been used for commercial purposes beyond the licensed usage
