By accessing or using Vikalp Trader ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

Vikalp Trader is an options trading terminal that provides analytics, automation, and execution tools. The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Subscription and Payments

Some features of the Service require a paid subscription. All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes (GST). Payments are processed through Razorpay. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled.

5. Risk Disclosure

Trading in financial markets involves substantial risk of loss. Vikalp Trader is a tool for analysis and execution; it does not guarantee profits. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service are owned by Vikalp Trader and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Vikalp Trader be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Gujarat, India.
